For most people, it is quite an annoyance and something that you want to get rid of as fast as possible. They take medication, special teas, and just beat themselves up to get rid of it.
For me, I really like it. It is full of opportunity and new-ness. You get to wake up at 5am without even trying!! For me that's like a dream come true. It allows you to get up super early and just enjoy the new place you are in before the hustle bustle catches up to it. It's a 3 hour head start over everyone else.
You also get that cool fresh morning air which works wonders that no amount of caffeine could ever do. I'm here at 6am sipping on a coffee in Paris, while writing this blog post, with the view in the photo above... not too bad.
So next time you are travelling stop fighting that jet lag and just roll with it and enjoy!
