So let's all just admit it:
peeling an orange is a long, lengthy, and messy process,
apples are just plain boring,
waiting for peaches to ripen just right is harder to master than einstein's theory of relativity,
and pineapples...I don't even know where to start.
Vegan or not Vegan, I think we can all relate on this....
So here are some easier ways to eat your 5 fruits a day.
Juice it up- Buy juice. Or make it yourself.
Cut oranges into wedges- Easy/fast to eatLike at half-time in a soccer game
Eat a banana with peanut butter- Tastier
Apple with peanut butter- Also Tastier
Try fruit with almond butter- For some change
Smoothie- Blend up frozen or fresh fruit- Delicious
Apple sauce- Easy
Eat Strawberries- They are good and easy to eat, buy small cartons
Dried mango- Not sure if it retains the properties of fresh fruit, easy
Jamba Juice etc- Get your daily total in one cup for a price.
Buy "cuties" tangerines- Not the most natural... but always a good alternative.
Eat cantelope- Large quantity that you could cut up and save for multiple days
Eat fruit with yogurt- Yogurt +granola+blueberries= the danks.
