An empty desk kills creativity. A full desk of mayhem allows you get a little inspiration! It needs to be solid, and be all filled up with things you are working on. It is very good to have some extra stuff that you like on there just to make you like sitting at your desk. You need to be familiar and really enjoy it. I wish my work desk could look a bit like this. Right now the desk is pretty full, but usually I have ample room to do what I need.
