The other day I was sore from sitting.
I thought about it and realized that I probably sit at least 90 percent of the day. I sit to eat, work at my desk, and in the car. the only time I don't sit is when I'm going from one sitting spot to the next. I don't think its very healthy, and I might look into one of those standing desks in order to try the one month no/minimal sitting challenge. Sounds difficult.
